The Apollo Arrow is a concept car of the car manufacturer Apollo Automobil Ltd built in 2016.
History
The Apollo Arrow is the immediate successor of the Gumpert sports car factory , which was presented to the public for the first time as a concept car at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show .With the Arrow, the car manufacturer Gumpert returned after three years of abstinence under a new name, but without the direct involvement of its founder Roland Gumpert . The production version based on the Apollo IE with is tubular chromoly space frame and carbon fibre. It has first come on the market in 2019.
The concept vehicle is Rear mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive equipped with a four-liter V8 twin-turbo engine that delivers 735 kW (1000 hp) and maximum torque of 1000 Nm. It has a sequential 7-speed gearbox and accelerates to 100 km / h in 2.9 s. The top speed is 360 km / h (224 mph).
