Colonial Automobile Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles in the 1910s. 

History

Colonial Automobile Company was founded by  DA Alig, HM McDermid and RC Fulcher in January 1917. Initially in Detroit , Michigan, and from July 1917, Indianapolis , Indiana .  Overall, only a few vehicles, emerged in 1917 

The only model was called the Six . Most of them were bodyworked as touring cars .A six-cylinder engine with OHV valve control and 42 hp power drove the vehicles. The chassis had 295 cm wheelbase  . The original price was $995 .

The production of automobiles took place only in 1917. The brand name was Colonial .

There was no association with other manufacturers of Colonial branded vehicles : Colonial Electric Car Company , Colonial Motors Corporation and Colonial Carriage Company .
