Contemporary Classic Motor Car Company was an American manufacturer of replica automobiles . 

History 

Peter E. Bayer founded the company.  From, 1980  in Mount Vernon in the state of New York and later in Mamaroneck in the same state.  The production of automobiles began. The brand name was Contemporary . By 1981, already created 80 vehicles. 1995 ended the production.

The first model was the replica of the AC Cobra . The wheel suspensions came from the Jaguar E-Type . Various V8 engines from Ford with 6300 cc displacement up to 7100 cc . The open body could accommodate two people. In 1985, the replica of the AC Cobra Daytona Coupé supplemented the range. Technically there was no difference to the Roadster . 

1994 followed the GT Roadster . This was the replica of the open Ferrari Daytona .
