The Vauxhall Cresta PB  is a British large size car which was produced by Vauxhall from 1962 to 1965.

History

The Cresta PB was designed in a completely different style from the early PA, with no tail fins, a flat bonnet and a more conservative styling.

The car initially had the 2.65-liter straight-six of the late PA models with 95 bhp;max speed in 1st gear: 29.8 mph, 48 km ; max speed in 2nd gear: 52.2 mph, 84 km; h; max speed in 3rd gear: 93.2 mph, 150 km 'hpower-weight ratio: 22.7 lb/hp, 10.3 kg,/hp

There was still a three-speed gearbox with shift lever on the steering column, but on request also an overdrive . 

For the 3.3-liter car you could also order a four-speed gearbox with middle circuit. The automatic transmission "Hydramatic" was available for both versions. The car also had a brake booster, front with disc brakes . In addition to the limousine, there was a station wagon Australia  locally assemble the PB Cresta from parts.
