The Honda Spirior is a mid - size sedan made by Japanese carmaker Honda . The 1st generation (2008-2014) The first generation of the Honda Spirior is almost identical to the saloon of the eighth Accord generation.

The second generation of the Honda Spirior debuted at the Beijing Motor Show in April 2014 as a concept vehicle . It is based on the Acura TLX and thus also on the ninth generation of the Honda Accord . In China , the vehicle was launched at the end of 2014. The sedan is being built by Honda's Chinese joint venture Dongfeng Honda Automobile .
