The Morris Commercial Dictator HF was a British Bus first built in the 1930s .

History

First appearing in 1930, the Dictator HF was introduced as a 16ft 4in wheelbase forward control single-deck chassis.

In 1931 a longer 18ft wheelbase version was introduced, this retaining all the same mechanical units as the short wheelbase model.

It was powered by a Morris 6-cylinder petrol engine of 7.698 litres capacity, had a single dry plate clutch, 4-speed sliding mesh gearbox and worm rear axle. Braking was of the vacuum servo type.

Both models remained in in production until 1935.
