The Studebaker Sky Hawk was a B-pillar hardtop coupe made by Studebaker-Packard Corporation in 1956 model year only. The Sky Hawk was actually part of the Studebaker President series. As one of four models to come this year, this stood between the flagship Golden Hawk and the Power Hawk , a coupe with B-pillars. Coupes were dubbed the Hawk line of family sports cars. There were four versions, pillared Flight Hawk and Power Hawk, and hardtop Sky Hawk and Golden Hawk.Studebaker built just 85,462 of its '56 cars, including 19,165 Hawks.

Studebaker Sky Hawk Technical details and specifications

The Sky Hawk differed from the Golden Hawk by less chrome trim and the missing tail fins, the interior was less luxurious. The engine used was the 4.7 liter V8 of the 210 bhp (154 kW) President as standard or 225 bhp (165 kW) for an additional charge.

The base price of the Sky Hawk was $ 2,477 without special equipment. A total of 3,050 copies were produced. In 1957, the model was removed from the program.
