Findlay Carriage Company was an early American manufacturer of vehicles from Findlay, Ohio in the 1910s. The brand name was Findlay.

History 

The company Mainly they made carriages it was founded in 1892. John N. Doty was President, J. Calvin Moyer Secretary, and Allen H. Moyer Manager and Treasurer. Only from 1910 were also a few cars and commercial vehicles. The cars were only sold locally. In 1911, financial problems began. In 1916, a fire destroyed the factory. As a result, the company was dissolved.

The Cars on offer had a four-cylinder engine with 40 hp. The chassis had 315 cm wheelbase. The open touring car offered space for five people. The maximum speed was stated at 96 km / h. The original price was 2,500 US dollars. In 1913, a hearse was made for Frank Barnhart, the director of the local funeral home shown above.
